As a Managing Consultant at Omega, I partner closely with engineering organisations to deliver recruitment success across Manufacturing, Health & Safety, Quality, Assembly, Production, Procurement, and wider technical disciplines. My role focuses on guiding clients through the hiring process, shaping effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring they connect with the top talent their business needs to thrive. I also lead a team of driven recruiters, empowering them to deliver excellent results and maintain Omega’s high standards of service.
Experience & Background
With over 5 years of hands‑on recruitment experience and many years of delivering exceptional customer service, I bring a strong blend of client partnership, market insight, and operational understanding to my role. I work closely with engineering leaders to add value at every stage of the recruitment cycle from defining skill requirements to identifying standout candidates in a competitive market.
Having started my career in customer service, I wanted to move into a field where I could make a tangible impact on business performance. Helping organisations find the right people is vital to their long‑term success and that’s what motivates me every day. To deliver at this level, you need workplace investment, the right support network, and deep sector knowledge. Omega provides exactly that, and it enables my team and me to perform at our best.
Outside of work, I’m an avid sportsman playing cricket enthusiastically and supporting the greatest team in Yorkshire (Leeds!). That competitive mindset drives me to keep pushing until I find the right solution for every partner I work with.
