Alongside supporting key business functions across Omega, I’ve developed a strong and growing expertise in Marketing, taking responsibility for managing and enhancing the company’s online presence across multiple social media platforms. My role now includes content creation, brand alignment, campaign support, and ensuring our digital voice reflects the professionalism, personality, and values of Omega.

As my tenure has grown, so has my skill set — evolving from operational support into a hybrid role that combines marketing, communication, and internal coordination. I’m passionate about showcasing the amazing work happening across Omega, supporting our teams, and helping to strengthen our digital footprint.

Experience & Background

Before joining Omega, I spent several years in customer service roles where I built strong communication and problem‑solving skills. I joined Omega in 2014 to support one of our largest clients, focusing on complaint handling, customer retention, and sales — an experience that taught me resilience, diplomacy, and how to manage high‑pressure situations.

In 2015, I took a seconded position with Omega’s onsite delivery team, stepping into a contract management role. During that period, I helped the team achieve their most successful year on record. From that point on, my journey with Omega truly took shape. I discovered a passion for people management, talent attraction, and later, marketing and brand communication, all of which led me to the dynamic role I hold today.

What I love most about Omega is that no two days are ever the same — the pace, the variety, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the business keeps every day exciting.

You Might Be Surprised to Learn

I’m a mum to George & Poppy, on our days together, you’ll often find us exploring the beautiful rural areas and waterways near home.  When I do get some rare free time, I love diving into arts and crafts from painting to embroidery to photography and usually have at least two creative projects on the go at once.  Oh… and I’m also related to Elton John!
