They are currently seeking a Shift Planner to join their team.Job Role - Shift PlannerThe Shift Planner shall ensure the successful execution of the site production plan by optimising workforce allocation, maintaining full operational coverage, and meeting headcount and budget targets.Working cross-functionally, you will ensure departments are equipped with accurate labour information and proactively address potential staffing issues, such as initiating recruitment, to prevent disruptions to production.
