Engineering Project Support Analyst
Location: Ampthill (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Contract: Permanent
UK-born & sole UK national required (Security Clearance needed)
Omega is proud to be partnering with a leading engineering organisation working on complex and innovative projects. We’re looking for an Engineering Project Support Analyst to help keep technical project information accurate, organised, and fully compliant.
You’ll support engineering teams by managing updates to designs and documentation, maintaining clear records, and helping to improve processes. Over time, you’ll also gain exposure to new digital tools and methods shaping the future of engineering.
Key Responsibilities of an Engineer Project Support Analyst:
- Maintain accurate records of technical data and project documentation.
- Track and log updates to designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Support the approval and control process for changes to technical information.
- Work with engineers and project managers to ensure information is correct and consistent.
- Assist with the introduction of new digital workflows and tools.
An ideal candidate for the Engineer project Support Analyst would have:
- Experience in document control, configuration/change management, or technical data roles.
- Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing data systems (e.g., PLM, ERP, or similar).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Industry background in defence, aerospace, automotive, rail, or similar is desirable.
- UK-born, sole UK national, and eligible for Security Clearance.
