Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator required by industry leading engineering company, based in Gloucester.
The successful Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project delivery through effective planning, supplier coordination, and ensuring accurate documentation and purchasing processes.
Main Duties Project Coordinator
- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with project requirements
- Support planning and coordination across multiple ongoing projects
- Liaise with third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Act as the point of contact for queries relating to documentation and paperwork
- Work closely with project leads to ensure smooth execution of project activities
- Analyse project and purchasing data using Excel (including pivot tables)
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project-related purchasing activities
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Project Coordinator
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles
- Strong understanding of the complexities involved in project-based environments
- Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and data analysis
- Experience raising and managing purchase orders
- Proven ability to coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload,
